Super Derby day at Louisiana Downs is always the premier day of racing in this state, and the Grade 2 feature event features some interesting three year olds. Here are two plays in the stakes.
Race 10) # 6 EASTON JACK (6/1 ML) loves the turf. He is out of a dam who has produced 3 turf winners. Both grass races were excellent, as he has finished well each time. That closing style suits this course. Top connections. Square price.
Race 11) # 1 MEISTERSINGER (9/2 ML) comes in with razor sharp form for the red hot stable of Team Valor. Good tactical speed and great post. Favorite will take a lot of action helping this one’s price.
